Delete Your Account

You can request that your LENS Watch account and its associated data be permanently deleted at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account information (email, reporter number, and authentication data)
• Reports, photos, videos, and comments you have posted
• Points, rewards, and in-app items tied to your account
• Location data associated with your account

Some information may be kept for a limited time where required by law or to prevent abuse. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Submit the form below using the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
